Wow, it has been a while since we sent a newsletter and I want to apologize for that. Please take five minutes now to get a quick update on what has been happening at LWC. While we were able to stay open all but three weeks during the last two years of Covid, it has had a major IMPACT on us in many different ways.

First, a praise! Due to increased funding and grants available during the pandemic, we were able to win several awards, add services, get equipment for telehealth, improve partnerships, and continue to see lives impacted. All of this allowed us to continue to provide quality services while valuing the money we received. A recent conversation with a patient who has been struggling reminded us again of the IMPACT Living Well Clinic is having on our patients. We were able to encourage her both spiritually and physically. Currently, we are able to offer $14.50 of care for every $1.00 we receive, and it is your gifts that have sustained us. If you have not given and would like to you can go here to learn more and do so: www.livingwellclinic.org/donate
Second, a need! As you know we are a clinic that operates with a volunteer staff. Covid has dramatically impacted our volunteer numbers. The healthcare profession itself has been dramatically affected by the pandemic, with staffing and burnout a huge issue. This means we currently need help in ALL areas of the clinic. That includes medically trained AND non-medical folks. If you are interested in volunteering, please give us a call or you can find an application here: www.livingwellclinic.org/volunteer

Finally, a prayer request! We have some big changes coming in 2023 that will increase our ability to serve our community in an even bigger way. We are excited about the future and look forward to expanding our reach and IMPACTING even more lives with the love of Christ. We will have more to come about these changes soon so stay tuned and please continue to lift the clinic and those we serve up in prayer. Your prayers are felt every day as we work to challenge people for Christ and serve them with love.
