It is our aim to serve patients in Greene County who are working but
cannot afford their medical care because they are either uninsured or
underinsured. Patients will be asked to bring proof of identity, income, and
residency in order to receive care. The clinic is now open on Tuesday nights
from 6-9pm. Patients should arrive from 5:00-5:45pm to fill out a triage card.
Our medical staff will triage patients and care for as many patients as possible
during clinic hours.
Patients should meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Resident of Greene County
- Uninsured/Underinsured
- Over 18 years old
- Proof of identity, residency, and income
