Volunteer Application

Living Well Clinic needs a host of medical and non-medical volunteers to welcome patients, assist with intake, triage and assess, and provide primary care. This team is made up of dedicated Christians who work together to share the hope of Christ while facilitating physical healing. Our flexible volunteer rotation allows you to serve as often as your schedule allows. We also need volunteers who can assist with with our facilities and record keeping which provides even greater flexibility.
