Mission
The Living Well Clinic demonstrates and proclaims the love of Christ by providing
free professional health services to meet the spiritual, emotional, and physical
needs of the under-served.

History
Living Well Clinic began in early 2010 as the vision of a group of Christians at
Dayton Avenue Baptist Church who desired to meet both the physical and spiritual
needs of the underserved in the community. An organizing task force was formed of
individuals from Xenia-area churches who were passionate about medical ministry
and connected to the needs of the community. Living Well Clinic was incorporated
on November 15th, 2010 and is a faith-based, non-profit 501c3 organization.
Living Well Clinic opened on January 17, 2012, and provides care for patients on
a weekly basis.
Aim
We believe that God created all people holistically with both spirit and body. Medical
professionals often treat the body and churches minister to the soul. It is our
aim to bridge that divide by meeting physical and spiritual needs. A 2008 study
estimated that 16,000 people in Greene County have no form of health insurance.
The same study identified growing trends in our communities of obesity, addictions,
hypertension, and diabetes.
It is our goal to partner with Christian medical professionals to provide excellent
medical care to the uninsured and underinsured free of charge for all patients.
We will offer primary care services, coordinate referrals as needed, provide prescription
medications, and health education for the community.
